We have two shift patterns: Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday; Week 2 – Wednesday and Friday. Full-time/part-time options are available. We group visits into clear AM and PM rounds (e.g., breakfast/lunch or dinner/bed) to avoid long gaps between calls and provide a steady, predictable rhythm that works for you.

What You’ll Do:
- Support our clients in all aspects of their daily life, including meal preparation, medication prompts and general domestic support
- Assist clients with personal care
- Provide companionship and encouragement
- Encourage clients to take an active role in the planning and provision of their care
- Record and report daily visit information accurately
Who We’re Looking For:
- Kind, caring and compassionate individuals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance are essential
- Must be available to work alternate weekends
