Who are Chilled Pubs?
It all started back in 2007 when Loren agreed to Richards crazy dream, and they together purchased the Bulls Head in Repton. Fast forward 17 years and they have a thriving pub business. With 7 gorgeous sites, over 500 employees, an industry leading food & drink menu and just to be a bit different, 7 mascot alpacas.
Driven by their vision to become the top leading pub brand in the Midlands, they’re passionate about finding superstars to live and breathe their values and ensure all guests are truly wowed by their Chilled Pub experience. With no signs of slowing down, Richard and Loren are always on the lookout for their next project and would like to reach a portfolio of 20 pubs in the near future.
What the role entails?
- Your main responsibility will be washing dirty dishes, kitchen utensils and cooking equipment. Our pubs are very busy places where you will need to enjoy keeping busy and being on your feet for long periods of time.
- You will need to complete general cleaning duties both in the kitchen and the yard, emptying bins, cleaning down surfaces and mopping the floors.
- You may be asked to support the kitchen team with basic tasks, such as stock rotation and unpacking deliveries, therefore some heavy lifting will be required for this role.
