Something huge is happening at The Blue Stoops... We’re giving our beautiful building a stunning renovation and bold expansion — and we’re looking for lively, guest-obsessed Bartenders to join our brand-new team. This is your chance to be part of the launch team at one of North Derbyshire’s most exciting pubs. You’ll train at our neighbouring site, The Hunloke Arms, before stepping into your new role at the reimagined Blue Stoops.
What the role entails:
- Welcome with Energy – Greet guests at the bar and make them feel at home.
- Serve with Style – Mix, shake, pour, and serve drinks from our extensive menus with speed and accuracy.
- WOW Guests – Share product knowledge, make recommendations, and create memorable moments.
- Set the Scene – Help prepare the bar (and restaurant when needed) for service, ensuring lights, music, and atmosphere are spot on.
- Stay Safe & Compliant – Follow policies including Challenge 25, licensing laws, and health & safety standards.
- Get Creative – Take part in our legendary Shake-Off Competitions and keep up with the latest drinks trends.
