As a Commis Chef you will play an integral role in supporting the kitchen and ensuring operations run smoothly, working closely with the senior chefs to understand the different roles & stations within the kitchen, learn all areas of the kitchen, from the setup of each section to all food preparation and the final clean down, take ownership of your area, tracking orders and ticket times, but also work closely with the main kitchen team to ensure efficiency and smooth running to provide our guests with the best possible experience!
