En el área de #OperacionesRetail vas a:
- Asegurar el cumplimiento del objetivo de venta de la tienda, garantizando que el cliente tenga la mejor experiencia con la marca dentro de la tienda.
- Custodiar el standard de visual y reponer según ROTA de la tienda e indicaciones de la Instore VM o Store Experience Manager.
- Operar la caja según procedimientos vigentes, buscando mantener una facturación ágil y garantizando una despedida positiva para nuestros clientes.
- Velar por la integridad de los clientes y las personas presentes en la tienda, siguiendo las políticas de Salud y Seguridad en el Trabajo.
- Cumplir con el código de presentación personal (uniforme, uso de accesorios, etc), como también el correcto mantenimiento y limpieza de la tienda.
- Colaborar en las tareas generales de la tienda y procesos operativos (orden, recepción de delivery, entre otros).
- Asistir a la Administradora de Tienda y Experiencia del Cliente en otras funciones, cuando lo requiera.
Valoramos:
- Tener nivel secundario completo.
- Contar con amplia disponibilidad horaria: lunes a domingo (01 día de descanso rotativo) en el rango de 4pm a 10:00pm (04 horas diarias/23.5 horas semanales).
- Poseer experiencia en ventas, atención al cliente y/o manejo de caja. Se valorará que sea en marcas comerciales reconocidas.
