Are you highly organised, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced, operational environments? Do you enjoy keeping stock, logistics, and live operations running seamlessly? If so, we want you! As our Stock Controller, you’ll be at the heart of our operations. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, pays attention to every detail, and loves problem-solving on the fly. You’ll work closely with the Senior Account Manager, internal teams, and field staff to ensure stock is accurate, secure, and always available to deliver exceptional live experiences.
What you’ll be up to:
- Oversee end-to-end stock management, from warehouse to live site and back
- Maintain accurate stock levels, logging, barcoding, and reconciliation in Zettle and internal systems
- Coordinate deliveries, collections, and returns to meet programme schedules
- Travel to live sites to oversee stock checks and support Event Managers
- Reconcile stock against live sales data, logging write-offs, wastage, and discrepancies
- Proactively resolve stock and logistics challenges to ensure flawless delivery
