As a Senior Online Training Manager, you will be working in the Samsung MX training function, alongside the Senior Retail Programs Manager. You will have full responsibility for the execution and delivery of Samsung’s award-winning online training portal and virtual training execution. You will manage a team of two online training managers and an online training executive. You will manage budgets and show a solid return on investment while boosting growth with channel partners and internal teams. Your role is all about creating an eLearning strategy for retail and contact centre staff.
Imparting strategic knowledge on selling products and excellent management of both internal stakeholders and external agencies to successfully create and execute plans and maintain outstanding standards.
