What you'll be up to:

  • Experiential Project Support: Take charge of experiential projects by managing timelines, budgets, and logistics while collaborating with vendors and internal teams to ensure flawless execution. Monitor progress, tackle challenges, and keep everything on track, ensuring quality, deadlines, and budgets are met. Bring fresh ideas to the table, juggle multiple projects with ease, and handle documentation, budget tracking, and post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement and success.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and clients, ensuring clear communication and seamless integration of project outputs. Deliver regular updates, manage expectations, and establish trust by asking the right questions and consistently meeting commitments.
