As our National Field Lead, you’ll head up our Samsung UK retail field operation. In this pivotal role, you’ll set the strategic direction and oversee a large multi-site team, including Divisional and Regional Managers. You’ll deliver outstanding commercial results, operational excellence, and premium customer experiences. We’re looking for a strategic, inspirational leader who will partner closely with senior stakeholders and clients. You’ll use data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of market trends. By combining vision with flawless execution, you’ll enable the team to achieve ambitious targets and elevate brand presence in every retail touchpoint.

  • You’re resilient, adaptable, and skilled in project management
  • You're experienced in field retail, (ideally within tech), although candidates from similar sectors with transferable skills will be considered; we’re looking for strong behaviours, adaptability, and the attitude to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • You have a full UK driving licence
