COLLABORATION
Establish and execute a comprehensive communication strategy to provide regular updates to the senior leadership team on statement of works progress. Cultivate strong relationships to foster synergy and pinpoint growth opportunities for successful outcomes.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to push for ongoing improvements in internal processes and be willing to challenge the status quo when necessary.
Take the lead in effectively managing and executing projects, working in collaboration with external agencies, internal stakeholders, and clients, all while ensuring clear and realistic expectations are maintained throughout
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Streamline project briefings for stakeholder alignment. Ensure compliant project management and track/report delivery within master service agreements.
Conduct insightful post-project reviews to enhance processes and expand service offerings.
COMMERCIAL & CONTRACTUAL GOVERNANCE
Own contract compliance metrics, including client meetings and progress updates.
Align financial metrics with business goals, ensuring meaningful contributions. Monitor statement of work performance and seek alignment with business objectives.
Proactively address any unclear or off-track areas, offering solutions. Exercise integrity in client funding, prioritising value and success for both parties.

- Strategic thinker with a focus on enhancing client satisfaction
- Demonstrated experience in account management or client services
- Extensive field marketing or agency background
- Clear and effective communication skills (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of retail industry and technology clients
- Proven track record in managing large-scale client activities and projects
- Proficient in data comprehension and delivering impactful presentations
- Strong senior-level stakeholder management abilities
- Skilled in budget ownership and utilization
- Experience in understanding, managing, and developing KPIs
- Ability to identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities for business and client growth
- Fearless, proactive approach in showcasing the value of Blue Square to clients and presenting confidently at events
- Previous experience in direct or indirect people management and development
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US
- Competitive Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 Per Annum
