Working across Samsung's UK & Ireland retail and contact centre estate, you'll play a key role in driving merchandising strategy, space planning, and retail execution across a diverse portfolio of locations.
From product launches and retail activations to planogram management and customer journey optimisation, you'll ensure Samsung's products are presented consistently, effectively, and to the highest standard.

- Work closely with Activations & Operations, Channel Teams, Retail Operations, and key stakeholders to define product hierarchy, placement strategies, and customer journeys.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of merchandising activities, ensuring planograms and retail updates are approved and implemented ahead of critical deadlines.
- Partner with external agencies to manage planogram platforms, continuously improving user experience, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Support product launches by defining merchandising requirements, fixture updates, display changes, and security solutions.
- Collaborate with Samsung HQ teams to ensure global merchandising standards and best practices are adopted across the UK & Ireland retail estate.
- Conduct regular retail visits to assess merchandising execution, validate compliance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage merchandising databases, fixture inventories, compliance tools, and retail systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Analyse sales performance, customer behaviour, and retail insights to identify optimisation opportunities and improve commercial outcomes.
ARE YOU OUR PERFECT PARTNER?

- Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make commercially driven recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercially minded with a passion for retail excellence, customer experience, and continuous improvement.
- Confident communicator and presenter, capable of influencing stakeholders and clearly articulating recommendations and insights.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient, with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Passion for retail, technology, customer experience, and innovation.
- Flexible to travel across the UK & Ireland when required.
- Able to commit to 2-3 office or offsite days per week.
- Willing to embrace and embed our ETHIC values: Excellence, Together, Heart, Integrity & Curious.

✨Show Off Your Customer Service Skills
Retail is all about providing an exceptional customer experience, so be ready to discuss your past customer service stories. We should have examples on hand of how we've handled difficult situations or gone above and beyond to meet a customer's needs. These anecdotes will bring your application to life!
✨Familiarity with Point of Sale Systems
Many retail roles require us to work with Point of Sale (POS) systems, so it's a good idea to brush up on any relevant software you’ve used before.
