Join our fast-paced Mobile Training Team and play a key role in delivering one of Samsung's flagship retail programmes.

Working alongside our Senior Retail Programmes Manager, you'll help manage the day-to-day running of the Elite programme through Samsung Backstage, supporting channel partners, field teams and internal stakeholders to ensure every part of the programme runs seamlessly.

From producing insightful reports and coordinating communications to managing campaigns and events, you'll be at the heart of a programme that helps engage, motivate and develop retail teams across the UK.

WHAT YOU'LL BE UP TO RELATIONSHIP BUILDING Build strong relationships with your assigned channel partners and become their trusted day-to-day contact.

Deliver the Elite programme across your channels.

Attend monthly planning meetings and collaborate with key stakeholders.

Ensure the programme continues to evolve and deliver value.

INSIGHT & REPORTING Turn data into meaningful insights that help shape future decisions.

Produce weekly and monthly reports.

Analyse programme performance and identify trends.

Work with the wider team to create action plans and recommendations.

COMMUNICATION Keep everyone connected and informed.

Manage communications across field teams and key stakeholders.

Coordinate updates through internal platforms.

Ensure messaging is engaging, timely and accurate.

EVENTS & INCENTIVES Help create memorable experiences that bring the programme to life.

Support the delivery of off-site incentive events.

Organise and attend local seeding events.

Assist with larger programme launches and national events.

PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT Take ownership of the day-to-day running of the Elite programme.

Coordinate mini campaigns and additional seeding activity.

Ensure every element of the programme runs smoothly.

RESEARCH & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT Always be looking for ways to make things even better.

Maintain induction content for field teams.

Monitor competitor ambassador and training programmes.

Share insights and recommendations with the wider team.
