WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO
- BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales teams to enhance overall performance.
- Support growth by working closely with the Samsung Account Management team.
- Identify and secure long-term opportunities.
- Resolve queries in a timely fashion to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- BRAND KNOWLEDGE
- Maintain an expert understanding of Samsung products and services in the B2B marketplace.
- Uphold brand, visual, and operational standards.
- Stay current on industry trends across various sectors.
- TRAINING
- Plan focus days and deliver regular on-site sales and product training.
- Assist at tradeshows and promotional events.
- Attend end user meetings.
