WHAT YOULL BE UP TO Partnering & Mentoring Build strong relationships with hiring managers, mentor team members, and promote direct sourcing strategies to optimise costs. Talent Community Management Develop talent pipelines, maintain alumni pools, and ensure candidates are engaged and ready for future opportunities. Strategy Development Work alongside leadership to define and innovate talent acquisition strategies Operational Excellence Manage and continuously improve our ATS (Tribepad) and recruitment processes.
