They are entering an exciting growth phase and are looking for an ambitious Senior NPD Manager to deliver their product strategy. The role is based at their London HQ (2 to 3 days) with travel to UK manufacturing partners and a start date of late June / early July.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Brand, you will lead the product function with autonomy and accountability, owning the end-to-end product pipeline and delivering NPD and EPD initiatives that drive business growth and strengthen brand positioning. You will proactively own and manage critical paths and the wider product portfolio, driving cross-functional engagement throughout the process. You’ll deliver the Product Vision and Strategy to ensure that products are not only successful but fully align with the brands’ commitment to taste, health, and sustainability. Developing and fostering exceptional relationships with manufacturing partners in the UK is pivotal to the success of delivering the NPD.
