They are entering an exciting growth phase and are looking for an ambitious Senior NPD Manager to deliver their product strategy.
The role is based at their London HQ (2 to 3 days) with travel to UK manufacturing partners and a start date of late June / early July.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Brand, you will lead the product function with autonomy and accountability, owning the end-to-end product pipeline and delivering NPD and EPD initiatives that drive business growth and strengthen brand positioning. You will proactively own and manage critical paths and the wider product portfolio, driving cross-functional engagement throughout the process. You'll deliver the Product Vision and Strategy to ensure that products are not only successful but fully align with the brand's commitment to taste, health, and sustainability.
Developing and fostering exceptional relationships with manufacturing partners in the UK is pivotal to the success of delivering the NPD & EPD strategy. Within this role, you will act as the strategic link between internal stakeholders and co-manufacturing partners, leading the development, scale-up, and launch of products to meet the commercial, brand, and quality objectives.
The Person
To make an impact in this role, you'll be highly skilled at creating and launching outstanding products within Food to Go categories. Being creative, organised, and logical, you will bring clarity to the food function, using previous food manufacturing experience to confidently find solutions and develop ideas which support the brand expansion across new product sectors.
As a real foodie, you will be innovative in your approach to NPD whilst also being process-driven and commercially aware, to drive long and short-term projects with a clear brand and consumer agenda. You enjoy working at pace and thrive in a cross-functional capacity where you are highly adept at influencing to achieve results. You will have excellent communication skills and can inspire those around you to achieve unrivalled success in a very competitive marketplace.
