As the dedicated UK Quality Assurance Manager, you will manage the Consumer Care Manager and champion food safety and quality across the brand. From keeping products compliant and legal to maintaining BRC standards and investigating any hiccups along the way, you’ll be the go-to problem solver. You’ll manage the quality systems, investigate non-conformances, ensure due diligence, and manage customer complaints. You will manage the approval of new foods and raw materials, as well as ensure licence and organic certification audits are complete. Along with this, you will approve artwork for new and existing products, and lead packaging projects to ensure the business stays aligned with sustainability initiatives and legislative changes. You will also work with the wider international quality team to ensure product launch alignment.

This role would suit a QA Manager or QA Supervisor with a food science or technology related degree who is looking for the opportunity to grow and develop with a supportive and quality driven brand. We’re looking for experience in supplier management, auditing to BRC standard, and managing quality systems. You’ll have previously managed a QA team, providing guidance and personal growth opportunities whilst demonstrating excellent leadership skills.
