The Company

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting and award-winning wellness brand driven by innovation and ambition. They are now looking for a Product Development Manager with passion and aptitude for innovation to join their growing team. The role is based at their London office four days per week.

The Role

Reporting to the Product Director, you’ll work closely with the wider product, operations and packaging teams to build and deliver the innovation pipeline. This is a varied role where you’ll support development work, brief suppliers, manage timelines, and scale concepts from the kitchen to factory. A true foodie at heart, you’ll stay close to consumer trends, explore new flavours and formats, benchmark competitors and translate insights into exciting, commercially viable products. You’ll own your projects with creative flair, leading them seamlessly through the Stage Gate process to ensure products are delivered at pace and with world-class execution. You’ll also work with the Product Technologist and operations team to ensure scale-up trials, pre-productions and launches. You will build strong collaborative relationships with manufacturers and ingredient.
