The Company
This market leading manufacturer in the chilled food division supplies a wide range of delicious products. They are now seeking an experienced New Product Development Manager to join their customer focused team.
The Role
In this varied and rewarding role you’ll be a vital member of a dynamic NPD team, creating a range of products from concept stage to launch. With an understanding of your customers’ needs, you’ll create concepts that match their briefs whilst taking them to the next level by encompassing new trends within this fast-paced market. You’ll help prepare costings to ensure products are produced within the agreed budget as well as working with the internal teams to certify products are in line with agreed quality parameters. Keeping an eye on your competitors ranges you’ll also conduct market reviews identifying areas of development that can contribute to the company’s success.
The Person
Suit a proactive and passionate food graduate who has experience of working as a Senior Technologist or NPD Manager and is now looking to develop their NPD and customer management skills within this innovative chilled sector. Ideally, you’ll have a proven track record of developing products for brand, retail & food service customers. Excellent presentation and project management skills are also crucial along with great interpersonal skills as you’ll be working closely with internal teams to drive projects forward.
