This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading food brand that continues to push the boundaries within their category. As the business grows, they are seeking a dynamic Innovation Manager to deliver exciting NPD and EPD across their portfolio.
Reporting in to the Innovation Controller, you’ll lead and take ownership of the end-to-end management of exceptional products, monitoring consumer insights and market research to explore new trends to bring them to life. You’ll ensure that each project moves smoothly through a structured Stage-Gate process, coordinating cross functional teams to take ideas from scoping through to launch.
As Innovation Manager, you will create products that are desirable, feasible, and scalable, ensuring alignment with strategic, commercial, and operational goals. You’ll be an experienced product developer who is looking for the next step in their career, with a degree in food science or a related field. You will have hands-on experience with NPD, and an ability to conduct market research & analyse insights to translate trends into actionable product concepts.
