The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
This newly created role will be a high-profile appointment and report directly to the General Manager, working closely with the UK and international teams. You’ll take the commercial lead with your customers, working in partnership with them to maximise new and existing opportunities.
As well as managing existing UK accounts, you’ll focus on developing new business in European markets, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and shaping strategies that align with both commercial targets and market trends. You’ll also represent the business at key trade shows, customer meetings, and networking events, using your market insight to influence future product and category direction.
The role would suit a highly driven, passionate and very astute commercial professional who has the experience of managing UK major multiple customers as well as developing new business accounts. Experience must come from the food manufacturing industry, ideally complex chilled / frozen products, with at least 10 years’ experience in a commercial role.
You’ll be super confident at developing and managing strong retailer relationships, love negotiating and being strategic in your approach to building your product portfolio to suit customer expectations as well as market trends, that will underpin company growth. Fluency in English is essential and while French or another European language would be beneficial, it’s not a requirement.
