GROCERY PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

They are now looking for an experienced Product Development Manager to lead their development team and contribute to the successful delivery of new product launches and long-term profitability. As the Product Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading the development and implementation of new products, processes, and equipment, ensuring smooth transitions from concept to launch. You will also lead the implementation of the Operational Excellence Programme across all sites, ensuring all people, processes, and plant aspects are covered with ongoing reviews and continuous improvements. Leading a dedicated team, you’ll ensure that all product launches are delivered on time, to budget, and meet the highest quality standards. You are an inspirational leader with significant experience in process development within the food manufacturing industry. You’ll have a deep knowledge of product development as well as experience managing teams and driving results. A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or Process Engineering is required, alongside a passion for food quality and innovation.
