Overview

PA needed for 6 hours per week for weekend support. This will be to support a young teen in the community while also helping him gain independent living skills. PA will need to support with going out of day trips for activities that the client enjoys. PA will need to be a driver to be able to facilitate these outdoor activities. Client is interested in cooking; the role will involve supporting him with food shopping, ingredients, and cooking.
