Job Description

PA required to support teenager in the community and at home, PA will need to support with trips out and supporting at home with activities, PA will need to be able to provide a safe environment for client due to no danger awareness. PA will need to be strong willed and be able to prompt when needed, Minimal personal care involved but will need to be able to prompt client when needed and assisting with changing when required. PA will need to have experience with children/adults with down syndrome. PA will need to support client in calm and quiet places due to crowded and over stimulating areas can cause distress. Sensory processing knowledge or experience will be required. This role will be on a zero hour basis to support covering any holidays or illnesses. These days will cover weekends and half term holidays.
