We are looking for an experienced female Support Worker / Personal Assistant to provide support to our mature lady client, both at home and in the community.
Key Details
- Hours: 13 per week (subject to ASC reviews)
- Pay: £13.50 per hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Language: Urdu/Punjabi speaker essential
- Driving: Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (with business insurance)
Role Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assist with household tasks (light cleaning, support / prepare healthy & cultural meals).
- Support with medication, appointments, and daily routines.
- Accompany client to social and wellbeing activities that promote health and lung function.
- Support and encourage daily chair based exercise.
- Encourage independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing.
Candidate Requirements
- Female applicants only (in accordance with the Equality Act 2010, Part 1, Schedule 9).
- Experience supporting individuals with mental health conditions, COPD, or asthma (desirable).
- Compassionate, reliable, and flexible approach to care.
- Enhanced DBS and suitable references required.
