This company is seeking a VP of Sales to join their team. The VP of Sales will take point on commercial expansion, owning sales strategy, client engagement, and deal execution in the U.S. This role is critical to closing an existing eight-figure opportunity and setting the foundation for long-term scale. Ideal candidates bring a strong background in B2B sales, particularly in packaging, manufacturing, or materials, along with the confidence and autonomy to lead in a fast-paced startup setting.

Lay the foundation for future hiring and team growth within the commercial function

Skill Set:

5–15 years of success in B2B plastics or materials sales, especially within packaging, recycling, or rPET/PET distribution.

Familiarity with supply chain operations involving import/export, compliance, and sustainable materials.

Proven book of business or existing client connections in packaging and manufacturing sectors.

Able to activate and close warm leads quickly through consultative, solutions-based selling.

Comfortable in an unstructured, high-upside startup environment.

Entrepreneurial drive with a builder’s mentality.

Capable of operating independently and partnering with a founder who is new to the space but highly motivated and well-capitalized.
