Sales Executive – Flexible Packaging

This Role Offers:

Skill Set:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, specifically in flexible packaging, distribution, or manufacturing industries.
Proven track record of generating $1M–$5M in sales annually.
Existing book of business in the packaging or related sectors is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of packaging materials, including:
Plastic containment bags and load securing films
Labels, tapes, and other packaging materials
Custom poly solutions: shrink bundle film, pallet covers, stretch wrap, poly sheeting, and tubing
Packaging equipment: stretch wrappers, shrink bundle equipment, and strapping systems
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel 80%+ if not based in the Los Angeles region, including regular travel to HQ.
