The Opportunity
Our client is a fast-growing technology company that has launched a cloud-based platform using AI to help global organizations anticipate and mitigate supply-chain risk. As demand accelerates, they need an organized, people-centric Project Coordinator to steer new customers through onboarding, keep data accurate, and act as the connective tissue between clients, data teams, and product managers. If you love juggling moving pieces, talking with customers, and seeing an idea go live, this role gives you a front-row seat to the action.
What You’ll Do
- Own the customer onboarding journey—plan kick-off calls, run platform walk-throughs, and track each milestone to a successful “go-live.”
- Validate and prepare data—review supplier lists, bills of material, shipment files, and facility locations for duplicates, formatting errors, and gaps, then work with clients to cleanse the data so analytics shine.
- Keep the story straight—maintain a living project tracker that flags risks, questions, and follow-ups, providing concise progress reports to leadership.
- Bridge internal teams—coordinate with analytics specialists, product managers, and engineers so that configuration, testing, and hand-offs happen on schedule.
- Be first-line support—answer early-stage user questions, capture feedback, and help craft quick-reference guides, FAQs, and playbooks that scale.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years in project coordination, client onboarding, operations, or a similar customer-facing role within SaaS, supply-chain, or data-driven environments.
- Proficiency with Excel/CSV data hygiene (lookups, pivots, basic formulas) and an eye for detail.
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills across cultures and time zones.
- Proven ability to run multiple workstreams simultaneously and still hit deadlines.
- Bonus points for experience in supplier risk, procurement, or ERP / SaaS integrations.
Why Join
- Impact from day one—your playbooks will shape how every new customer is launched worldwide.
- Fully remote flexibility—work where you do your best thinking, with core hours that overlap UK and US ET teams.
- Competitive compensation, plus performance bonus and full benefits.
- Rapid career growth—as the delivery organization scales, you’ll have a front-row path to senior project, program, or product-focused roles.
