- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Partner with technical pre-sales teams to deliver tailored demonstrations and solution presentations.
- Build credibility and trust with C-level decision-makers by articulating business value and ROI.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
- Represent the company at key industry events, client meetings, and networking forums across the UK and Europe.
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, forecasts, and CRM data to ensure consistent sales execution.
Experience:
- 4–8 years of experience in B2B software or SaaS sales, ideally within AI, analytics, automation, or enterprise technology.
- Proven success in consultative or complex solution sales environments.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technology capabilities into client outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable operating autonomously while collaborating across a distributed global team.
- UK- or EU-based, with the ability to travel periodically for client meetings and events.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in enterprise sales within supply chain, procurement, or digital transformation solutions.
- Familiarity with ERP or procurement software (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, etc.).
- Network within enterprise SaaS, AI, or manufacturing technology ecosystems.
- Understanding of AI/ML applications in automation and process optimization.
Benefits:
- Competitive compensation structure with uncapped earnings potential.
- Opportunity to help shape the commercial foundation of a rapidly growing AI SaaS company.
- Direct access to executive leadership and influence over go-to-market strategy.
