The training General Manager is responsible for overseeing, in tandem with the Senior Assistant Managers and culinary teams, all aspects of the Front of the House operations to ensure a seamless and profitable dining experience. This includes managing staff, controlling costs, maintaining high-quality service standards, and maximizing overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

As the Training General Manager, you will be at the center of it all - instilling and maintaining an overall positive culture amongst the entire team, developing of all leadership positions, and role modelling hospitality - while heading all operational and financial aspects of the business.

Responsibilities:
