Job Description: We are seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to oversee the Golden Horseshoe. Reporting to the National Sales Director, the successful candidate will have at least five years of sales experience with a food manufacturer, foodservice broker, or distributor. This role is responsible for managing an established, profitable territory while driving new business growth through direct engagement with end users and strategic partnerships with foodservice distributors.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator with a proven ability to build lasting relationships and deliver results.
Offer:
- Competitive Compensation: A competitive salary package ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 as a base salary plus bonus.

Development & Account Management:
- Seek out and build and strengthen relationships with distributors and end users.

- Participate and lead in seasonal food shows and conduct sales meetings.

- Report and analyze sales performance.

Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years in a similar role within food service.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and providing exemplary customer support.
- Negotiation and contract management experience.
- Strong detailed, efficient, accurate and transparent communication.
- Excellent presentation engagement skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated and organized.
