General Manager Opportunity: We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to lead restaurants in the Greater Toronto Area specifically in Scarborough. You’ll oversee restaurant operations, help build guest count, drive sales, and develop strong leadership teams while ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and support your managers, your Chef as your partner in the restaurant, and teams at all levels
  • Drive sales growth and meet financial targets
  • Regular reconciliation of the P & L statements
  • Support and implement new and current tech initiatives
  • Conduct regular restaurant visits and operational reviews & audits
  • Recruit, train, and develop top-performing leaders
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
  • Champion team culture, recognition, and motivation
  • Collaborate on long-term strategy

What We’re Looking For:

  • Leadership experience in a full-service premium casual dining restaurant chains is an asset
  • 3+ years as a successful General Manager in a high-volume environment
  • Ability to analyze and present P&L reconciliation
  • Strong financial management and cost-control skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems
  • Ability to understand, incorporate, and utilize AI is an asset
  • Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or Business education is an asset
