Job Description
The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing, in tandem with the Senior Assistant Manager, all aspects of the Front of the House operations to ensure a seamless and profitable dining experience. This includes managing staff, controlling costs, maintaining high-quality service standards, and maximizing overall efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Works closely with senior leadership to support daily restaurant operations and short- and long-term objectives.
- Leads by example, consistently delivering genuine hospitality to both guests and team members.
- Maintains a strong presence on the floor, engaging with guests to ensure a positive and memorable experience.
- Supports initiatives that drive sales performance and contribute to overall profitability.
- Assists with the hiring process, including interviewing, onboarding, and training front line and leadership team members.
- Supports the development of team members through hands-on coaching, ongoing feedback, and training reinforcement, helping build engagement, accountability, and growth at all levels.
- Oversees front of house leadership areas during assigned shifts to ensure consistency, accountability, and operational success.
