Job Description: The Kitchen Manager holds full responsibility for all kitchen operations, setting the culinary direction and ensuring a seamless, profitable, and memorable dining experience. This leadership role includes managing and developing a high performing team, overseeing food and labor budgets, enforcing exceptional quality and consistency, and optimizing efficiency across all culinary functions while cultivating a positive, engaged team culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service execution and adherence to budgetary and operational guidelines.
  • Contribute to culinary execution as needed to maintain consistency and excellence.
  • Uphold exceptional standards of food quality and presentation while driving a culture of teamwork, motivation, and high performance.
  • Manage and develop the kitchen team through hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and ongoing mentorship.
  • Monitor and evaluate food quality, service levels, and operational efficiency, addressing guest or dietary needs in partnership with appropriate professionals.
  • Create accurate staffing schedules that support business needs while meeting budget expectations.
  • Serve as a key member of the leadership team, supporting cross functional operations and acting as designate in the General Managerโ€™s absence.
