The Training General Manager is responsible for overseeing, in tandem with the Senior Assistant Managers and culinary teams, all aspects of the Front of the House operations to ensure a seamless and profitable dining experience. This includes managing staff, controlling costs, maintaining high-quality service standards, and maximizing overall efficiency. The role requires working closely with the Senior Leadership team to train and mentor you, while supporting your life goals. The goal is to personify the magic and precision of the overall restaurant experience, and to provide best‑in‑class leadership to an awesome group of people.

As the Training General Manager, you will:
