Western Canada's largest Xerox sales agency is looking for a driven Account Manager and Business Development professional who is energized by growth, relationships, and meaningful customer impact in the Manitoba market. This role blends new business development with long‑term account management. You will own your territory, build a pipeline, close new business, and develop trusted advisor relationships with clients over time. As an Account Manager and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for growing revenue within your territory by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones. You will work closely with your Sales Manager and internal support teams to execute sales strategies, maintain strong pipelines, and deliver consistent results. This is a consultative B2B role where success comes from understanding customer challenges, aligning solutions to business outcomes, and building credible, long‑term partnerships. This role requires provincial travel with the main territory of Winnipeg, but includes rural travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities
