Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and highly creative Pastry Chef to lead the pastry program at this elite fine dining establishment. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, the Pastry Chef will oversee all pastry operations and contribute to the overall culinary vision, delivering desserts that complement the restaurant’s seasonal tasting menus.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the pastry department
  • Develop and execute innovative, fine dining desserts
  • Supervise pastry team and manage production schedules
  • Ensure portion control, reduce waste, and maintain consistency
  • Uphold and enforce kitchen cleanliness and quality standards
  • Foster a supportive and collaborative team environment
  • Align dessert offerings with the culinary vision of the Executive Chef
  • Support overall kitchen operations and other duties as needed

Qualifications:
