The Training General Manager is responsible for overseeing, in tandem with the Senior Assistant Managers and culinary teams, all aspects of the Front of the House operations to ensure a seamless and profitable dining experience. This includes managing staff, controlling costs, maintaining high-quality service standards, and maximizing overall efficiency. The role requires working closely with the Senior Leadership team to train and mentor you, while supporting your life goals. The goal is to personify the magic and precision of the overall restaurant experience, and to provide best‑in‑class leadership to an awesome group of people.

Competitive Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 total compensation, including salary and GMD bonus. When you take over your own restaurant, you are moved into the GM bonus program of $24,000/year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instill and maintain a positive culture across the entire team.
  • Develop all leadership positions and role‑model hospitality.
  • Head all operational and financial aspects of the business.
  • Collaborate with the Management team.
  • Exemplify hospitality for guests and team members.
  • Engage with guests to ensure an exceptional level of satisfaction.
  • Implement strategies to boost sales and enhance profitability.
  • Lead the hiring process, conduct interviews, onboard, and train for various roles.
  • Contribute to the development of every kitchen and front‑house management team.
  • Manage and analyze financial parameters and controls, determine business priorities.
  • Manage the financials on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Ensure a spotless environment.
  • Build strong teams and teach knowledge.
  • Work during peak sales periods to maintain the hospitality experience.
  • Act as the GM’s true face in the community for the restaurants.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of prior experience leading a full‑service restaurant or bar.
  • Passionate about developing others.
  • Passionate about food and drink and up‑to‑date on all latest trends.
  • Established leadership skills.
  • Ability to develop and motivate people to be their best.
  • Successful in training others to master technical skills.
  • Highly organized with great planning and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

  • Well versed in local marketing skills and event management.
