What will you do?

  • Lead, inspire, and develop kitchen and service teams to uphold high standards
  • Design and execute seasonal menus reflecting authentic Italian culinary traditions
  • Manage recipe development, portioning, and preparation in line with budget goals
  • Oversee purchasing, inventory, food and labor costs, and operational reporting
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies
  • Utilize financial skills to manage P&Ls, budgets, and scheduling
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team development
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to culinary staff, supporting their career growth

About you

  • Minimum 10 years culinary experience, with at least 5 years as an Executive Chef in high-volume, fine dining or luxury hospitality
  • Deep knowledge of authentic Italian cuisine
  • Culinary Arts degree or certification preferred; ServSafe and Food Safety Handler certifications required; Michelin Star experience is a plus
  • Strong financial management and proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills
  • Flexible schedule to meet the demands of a high-profile restaurant
