We have an exciting opportunity for a Male Support Worker / Driver to be part of our fantastic Supported Living service in Blackburn!

Applicants must be positive, possess a can-do attitude and have a genuine passion for providing effective support to individuals with Autism and / or Learning disabilities.

You will need to get to know the individuals we support and contribute to the development of their person-centred plan, always seeking to meet the needs and wants of the individual. You will need to complete daily documentation as required along with maintaining a friendly and professional approach even when managing complex and or challenging behaviours demonstrated by the individual.

Previous experience of Support Work would be advantageous but applicants new to the sector will be considered as full training is provided. Please note that to work as a Support Worker for Blue Ribbon Health and Wellbeing, you must be at least 18 years old. We also do not offer Sponsorship.
