Reporting directly to the Business Support Officer, this position offers a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcome visitors at reception, ensuring their safety and a positive experience.
  • Manage company correspondence, including calls, emails, letters, and packages.
  • Perform data entry roles, updating personnel records and databases.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory for seamless operations.
  • Procure office essentials such as stationery, tea, coffee, and refreshments.
  • Organize paper archiving to support our digital transition.
  • Manage office filing/systems, organizing and storing paperwork and documents.
  • Proofread documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain office equipment like photocopiers, arranging repairs and services.
  • Ensure reception and the office are adequately covered during staff absences.
  • Undertake other duties as required to support business operations.
