Service Co-Ordinator - 12 Month Temporary Contract (Full-Time)
Responsibilities
- As a Service Coordinator, be a positive role model and hands-on leader with experience leading a team in a care environment.
- Support the manager to ensure the service meets regulatory requirements and promotes best practice across the service, including regular audits.
- Assist with ensuring all care/support plans are person-centred, regularly reviewed and updated.
- Contribute to creating and promoting an open and transparent culture, alongside performance reviews and supervisions.
- Share responsibility with the manager for recruitment and induction of new starters and provide positive mentorship to new colleagues.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as CQC, Commissioners and healthcare professionals.
- Take responsibility for the service and step into direct support when necessary while ensuring consistency of care across the service.
