We are currently working in partnership with an established and highly reputable residential childcare provider that operates multiple homes across Bognor Regis, West Sussex and London. Due to continued growth, they are urgently seeking an experienced Registered Manager to take operational leadership of one of their services.

As Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a children’s residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and safeguarding are consistently delivered. You will lead and develop a dedicated staff team, ensuring care plans are effectively implemented and that each young person receives structured, consistent, and outcome-focused support.
- Full operational management of a children’s residential home
- Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children’s Homes Quality Standards
- Embedding strong safeguarding practices across the service
- Overseeing care planning, risk assessments, and placement stability
- Managing staffing rotas, performance, and operational efficiency
- Building strong working relationships with local authorities and external professionals
We are looking for an experienced and confident leader within children’s residential care who is ready to take full ownership of a service.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a residential childcare setting
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and Ofsted frameworks
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
