About the Role

The role of Contracts Coordinator will manage the day-to-day execution of contracts relating to the trading of metals materials arising from the processing of Energy from Waste (EfW) related Incinerator Bottom Ash (IBA) arising from Blue Phoenix facilities in the UK and NL.

Responsibilities

  • Metal materials (both ferrous and nonferrous) are sold via tender process each month.
  • The key objective being to maximise overall sales revenues achieved whilst demonstrating compliance with both EfW client contract commitments and industry Duty of Care and other associated governance requirements.
  • The role will manage all aspects associated with the administration function relating to the trading of Blue Phoenix metal materials.
  • This includes customer relationship and account management, supply contract fulfilment and settlement, data capture and performance review, as well as reporting of data and trend information to provide insight and to meet compliance requirements for internal and external (including customers and EfW clients) stakeholders.
  • The role will require liaison with colleagues from across departments to ensure that metal materials drive wider business objectives in the areas of safety, environmental, financial, operational, business development and technical performance.
