Blue Pelican is seeking an Interim CRM Implementation Manager to oversee the rollout of Zoho CRM-driven customer journeys.

You will turn established CRM strategies into executable campaigns across email, web and phone, coordinating internal teams, external agencies and developers.

The role focuses on implementation, testing and optimisation of multichannel CRM campaigns, not a pure strategy or heavy development position.
