You'll translate the requirement into a clear brief for developers, oversee delivery and make sure the finished product works properly within the wider digital estate.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning the website and wider digital development roadmap

- Assessing whether functionality should sit within the website, CRM or an integrated solution
- Writing clear briefs, requirements and user stories for development teams

- Managing technical, local and on-page SEO
- Overseeing paid search activity and performance
- Resolving operational website issues, including content, imagery and functionality
Experience you'll bring:
You'll have experience working within a business which needs to connect digital experience with physical to bring things to life for customers, where customer journeys and digital processes need to operate consistently across a complex environment. You should combine digital marketing knowledge with a business analyst mindset. You'll also bring experience of:
- Owning a CMS-led website and digital roadmap
- Briefing and managing development teams or agencies
- Website, CRM or third-party system integrations
- UX, CRO and customer journey optimisation
- SEO, including technical and local search
