This is a good opportunity for someone who already has a solid grounding in Paid Social and is ready to take on more responsibility, bigger budgets and broader international exposure. You'll be joining a growing iGaming business where Paid Social is an important commercial channel, working as part of a specialist team across several international markets. The role is hands-on and will see you building, launching, optimising and reporting on campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok and Snapchat. You'll have ownership of your own campaigns and markets, while working closely with more senior members of the team on wider strategy, testing and performance.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting Paid Social activity across both brand and acquisition campaigns, with responsibility for:
- Building and launching campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Snapchat
- Managing budgets and monitoring performance
- Optimising audiences, bidding, placements and creative
- Producing regular reports and pulling out the key insights
- Supporting campaigns across a number of international markets
- Coordinating creative assets and campaign requirements
- Checking tracking, links, tagging and landing pages
- Working with teams across brand, creative, data, CRM and digital
- Spotting opportunities to improve campaign performance and efficiency
A big part of the role will be understanding what is driving performance. You'll need to be comfortable looking at the data, identifying what has changed and making sensible recommendations on what should be tested or adjusted next. Creative will also play an important part. You'll work with internal teams to test different formats, messages and audiences, then use the results to help shape future activity. As the campaigns run across several markets, you'll also need to appreciate that the same approach will not always work everywhere. Audience behaviour, creative response and market performance can vary significantly, so campaigns will need to be adapted accordingly. This would suit someone who knows their way around the platforms, enjoys the detail and is ready for a role with more scale, responsibility and the opportunity to learn more of the technical intricacies of paid social which the iGaming industry is particularly proficient at exploiting when it comes to performance.
What we're looking for
- You'll already have hands-on Paid Social experience, either from an agency or an in-house marketing team. You'll ideally have:
- Experience using Meta Ads Manager
- Some exposure to TikTok, Snapchat or similar platforms
- Experience managing multiple campaigns and budgets
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- A good understanding of campaign optimisation
- Some knowledge of tracking, tagging and attribution
- Good attention to detail
- The confidence to talk through performance and recommendations
Experience with Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer, Tableau or similar tools would be useful, although it is not essential.
Salary and benefits
- Up to £42,000 base salary
- 10% annual bonus
- Hybrid working, with 3 days in the London office
- Private healthcare
- Life insurance
- Pension scheme
- 24 days' annual leave, increasing with service
- Regular company events and team activities
Applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK.
