Leading Kent based law firm are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to lead their finance and accounts function. You will be working closely alongside the managing partner in providing strategic financial support to the partnership and oversee compliance.

This is a hands-on role combining legal cashiering, SRA Accounts Rules compliance along with broader financial management, reporting and control responsibilities. You will also be responsible for managing a team of two.

It is essential that you have an accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) and have experience working in a law firm or other SRA regulated environment. You must have hands-on experience of the SRA Accounts Rules 2019 and also have experience of supervising others.

On offer is the opportunity to join a very friendly and flexible firm with an extremely low staff turnover and who are genuinely great to work with. Hybrid working is on offer with 3 days per week in the office, along with a competitive salary and benefits package.
