Are you a Senior Litigation Lawyer, specialising in Property Disputes? Are you currently stuck in a role with very few prospects? If yes, then this role would be for you.
Leading well established Kent law firm with an outstanding client base and high quality work, are looking to recruit an experienced Solicitor to head up their Property Disputes team. You will handle a range of property disputes for both residential and commercial clients and will be a significant figure in the wider litigation department and have management responsibilities and will contribute to the direction of the department.
You will join as Salaried Partner and Head of Department from day one, with an Equity opportunity further down the line, should you wish. As this is a senior level position, you will have at least 5 years PQE in property litigation and will consider yourself to be a property disputes specialist. You may currently be a Partner at another firm, or maybe you are a senior associate who feels overlooked for partnership and wants to take that step up.
No Following is required as there is a significant amount of work and clients already, however, an interest in business development would be helpful.
