This is a role for a Paid Social expert who wants pace, scale, budget, international reach and the creative freedom to make a visible commercial impact, whilst also leading and managing a team of Paid Social Specialists. You’ll be joining a high-growth consumer business operating in a regulated, fast-moving and fiercely competitive sector. It’s an environment where performance matters, but so does brand, creativity, speed of execution and the ability to spot opportunities others miss.
The role sits within a central paid social team, supporting multiple international markets across full-funnel campaign activity. You’ll be working across channels including Meta, TikTok and Snapchat, taking responsibility for campaign setup, optimisation, reporting, budget management, creative testing and stakeholder engagement. It needs someone who can look at data, understand what it is really telling them, then turn that into better campaigns, sharper creative briefs, cleaner targeting, stronger reporting and improved commercial performance.
You’ll be working closely with internal teams across brand, data, CRM, digital and market leads, so the ability to explain campaign performance clearly is important. Not just what happened, but why it happened and what should happen next.
What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll manage paid social campaigns across assigned international markets, taking ownership of setup, optimisation, budget pacing, creative coordination and compliance checks.
- You’ll produce daily, monthly and quarterly reporting, using performance data, attribution insight and customer lifetime value to shape decisions.
- You’ll work with brand and creative teams on upper-funnel activity, while staying close to acquisition performance.
- You’ll help ensure tracking, tagging, landing pages and campaign links are properly set up, working closely with data teams to make sure performance is measurable and reliable.
- You’ll adapt activity by market, recognising that audience behaviour, creative response and cultural nuance will not be the same everywhere.
- You’ll also identify opportunities to improve automation, efficiency and technical capability across the channel.
What you’ll need:
- You’ll probably have around a solid background in paid social under your belt already, with a strong track record managing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok and/or Snapchat.
- This could have been established either brand side, or within an agency environment.
- You’ll be comfortable managing meaningful budgets and multiple campaigns at once, ideally across more than one market.
- You’ll need strong analytical skills, with experience using reporting tools, attribution models, mobile measurement platforms such as AppsFlyer, Excel and ideally Tableau or similar visualisation tools.
- You should understand tagging, tracking and attribution, including GTM.
- Because this is a regulated sector, you’ll need to be comfortable working within compliance requirements.
- Creative thinking is encouraged, but it has to be smart, responsible and commercially grounded.
- You’ll also need to be confident presenting insight to stakeholders.
- The best person for this role will be able to move between detail and bigger-picture thinking without getting lost in either.
Why this role?
Because it offers the kind of paid social environment that can genuinely sharpen your career. You’ll get international exposure, significant campaign responsibility, access to strong data, a competitive market to test yourself in, and a business where creative performance marketing is taken seriously.
The package includes:
- £50,000 to £60,000 base salary
- 10% annual bonus
- Hybrid working, 3 days in the London office
- Private healthcare
- Life insurance
- Pension scheme
- 24 days’ annual leave, increasing with service
- Regular company events and team activities
This would suit someone commercially sharp, curious, well organised and confident enough to try new things. Someone who enjoys the pace of paid social, but wants more than just platform execution.
